Chas requested some arranger music...I may have uploaded this one a long time ago, but, it's a favorite tune of mine, and, to my ears at least, the old S910 still sounds great.

Recorded "live" in Style Play, no overdubs...I hope you all enjoy this old Leon Russell tune.

Ian

Very nice. One of my all-time favorite tunes. I think I may have posted a version of this myself a few years back. If I can find it, I'll repost it (or maybe just re-record it). One thing that comes across (aside from the great playing) is the incredible quality of the voices, lead and accompaniment. So if you sound lousy, it's hard to blame the instrument smile.

Also, the triplet feel in the verse, as well as the super job with articulation with the sax in the riff were excellent.

Loved it THEN, love it now ... especially the "quotes' from Michel Legrand's theme from the movie "Summer of '42" '''

Ian has always been one of my favorite musicians on this board ...

Ian, one of the most difficult things to do is to keep a simple as it was intended—and not over play. I felt myself getting dragged into the song. Great job, great sounds.
I may have to buy a Tyros. (smile)

Posting our music was a good idea; it allows us to know more about our friends here on Synthzone.
